The Institute of Continuous Media Mechanics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ICMM UB RAS) is pleased to announce the Russian Conference on Fundamental and Applied Magnetohydrodynamics that will be held in the city of Perm, Russia, on June 18th – 22nd, 2012. The purpose of the Conference is to revive the tradition of holding Russian Conferences on Magnetohydrodynamics and to contribute to the development of the Russian magnetohydrodynamic community.

The conference will take place in the ICMM main building. Participants will be lodged at hotels.

The official language of the Conference is Russian. Papers and abstracts may be submitted in English.

Before March 1, 2012 – submission of one-page abstract;

March 15, 2012 – notification of authors;

March 15, 2012 – conference program on conference website;

June 17, 2012 – arrival day, registration of participants;

June 18 – 22, 2012 – conference period.
